I have a group booking of seated tickets, is there a way we can sit together?
Although our seating is unassigned, if a group of THREE or more seated tickets have been purchased together in the same booking, we will automatically reserve seats together for your group. When you arrive, please speak to the EVE staff at the entrance to the event space and a member of our crew will direct you to your seats.
If members of your group purchased their tickets separately, please email contact@evewrestling.com no later than 72 hours before the advertised door time and include:
* The total number of seats required
* The names of the ticket holders
* One name for the reservation to be placed under
Any changes to the reservation must come from the person who originally contacted us.
Group reservations ensure that your party can sit together, but they do not allow groups to choose a particular row, side or area of the venue.
I'm entitled to a Complimentary Carers ticket, how do I go about getting this?
Please email us at: contact@evewrestling.com with a screenshot of your ticket and a photo of your access card or similar we'll sort that for you. If you require a carer, they will need to be with you in the event space to ensure your safety.
I have accessibility needs/ seating requirements; are you able to help with these?
Please contact us by emailing contact@evewrestling.com preferably 72-hour before the day of the show if you have any accessibility or seating requirements, such as:
* Needing to sit at the end of a row
* Needing easily accessible seating
* Needing to avoid a particularly crowded area
* Needing to skip the queue
* Needing to sit within our safe zone
The safe zone is an area where there is no expectation that audience members may need to move quickly out of the way should the wrestling action spill outside the ring.
We will always do our best to assist on the day, but contacting us in advance gives us the best opportunity to reserve appropriate seating for you.
WHAT DOES “UNASSIGNED SEATING” MEAN?
Unassigned seating means you have a seat in the row you purchased a ticket in, but it is not a specifically numbered seat. For example if you purchase a 3rd row ticket you can sit in any available 3rd row seat.
I HAVE SEEN RESERVED SIGNS ON SEATS AT EVE EVENTS, AM I ABLE TO RESERVE A SEAT?

Requests for particular seats
The ability to request a particular seat or seating area, where available, is a benefit offered to Champion Tier and YouTube members.
Requests must be made before the 72-hour deadline and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on availability and any accessibility requirements we need to accommodate. Individuals cannot transfer their seat reservation to other ticket holders.

Individuals and groups of two should have no difficulty finding suitable seats together, so there is no need to contact us in advance to reserve seating.

I have a standing ticket but sometimes have trouble standing, is it okay to sit on the floor?
No, you are not allowed to sit on the floor at our events as it is dangerous to yourself and everyone else. If you have a standing ticket but have trouble standing, please contact us at: contact@evewrestling.com so we can find the best option for you.
What is the age policy?
This event is strictly 18+. Nobody under the age of 18 can attend this event, even if accompanied by an adult.
Is there parking ?
Big Penny Social, London: There is no on-site parking however there is a public pay-and-display car park just around the corner, which can be booked via the RingGo app. It’s the Crowbond Car Park (location code 48131), located at 12 Priestley Way, London, E17 6AL.
The Hangar, Wolverhampton: There is no on-site parking facilities and parking around the venue on the road is prohibited. There are a couple of nearby car parks, including Bell Place and Dudley Road. However, the venue highly recommend using public transport whenever possible.
Is there a content warning for this show?
EVE events contain strong language, loud noises and simulated fight scenes throughout which can at times spill into the audience. EVE events include cabaret acts which may be provocative in nature. Flashing lights are used at our events. As such, EVE events may not be suitable for everyone.

Am I allowed to take photographs and videos at the event?
You are welcome to take photos and short videos. To ensure everyone can enjoy the show without distraction audience filming is limited to short clips - no longer than 60 seconds. Photos and videos are not to be taken in a way that is disruptive to other fans and performers.
